WE'VE all done this...remember the commercial, "I can't believe I ate the W H O L E Thing."
So it's about time to reset and counterbalance - let's say instead, 'I ate right & feel amazing!'
Let's be resolved and be determined...to NOT Feel:
1. Bloated
2. Headachy
3. Sluggish
4. Out of breathe
5. Depressed
6. Like the 'nothing fits' mode
7. Sick and tired of being sick & tired
...but especially 8. 'Ugh! I give up'...
By making healthier choices one meal at a time - we'll plan ahead to feel amazing!
